How to Pre-bid:

Get a commitment from your bidder
Fill in the form with all information and submit
Completed forms will be collected and placed in order of highest bid
Be at the Rodeo Saturday night or have a representative there.
The live auction will take place just before Barrell Racing
Bids will be taken “live” and compared against the pre-bid forms.
Winning bidder writes a check to their selected non-profit.
