Franklin Rodeo Marks 75 Years in 2026
In May 2026, the Franklin Rodeo will celebrate its 75th anniversary, marking three quarters of a century of world class rodeo action, family fun, and meaningful community impact in Middle Tennessee. Founded in 1949 and proudly produced by the Franklin Noon Rotary Club, the Franklin Rodeo has raised millions of dollars for local charities, schools, and nonprofit organizations, living out Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self.
To honor this historic milestone, a permanent monument featuring a cowboy and saddle bronc will be installed at the Franklin Rodeo Plaza at Jim Warren Park, the longtime home of the rodeo. This tribute will stand as a lasting reminder of the rodeo’s rich legacy, the countless lives it has touched, and the values it represents: God, Family, and Country.
For 75 years, the Franklin Rodeo has welcomed fans from across the United States and around the world, becoming one of Middle Tennessee’s most cherished traditions. As we look ahead to this once in a lifetime anniversary celebration, we invite the community to help make history by bringing the Franklin Rodeo monument to life. Contributions toward the Cowboy and Saddle Bronc statue will create a lasting tribute to generations of the Williamson County community, Rotarians, volunteers, sponsors, and rodeo families who have made the Franklin Rodeo possible for 75 years, while preserving this legacy for generations to come.
Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and invest in the future of the Franklin Rodeo. This is more than a rodeo. It is a legacy, and there is a place for you!
